详细说明：一 实习题目：用java实现表单系统 二 设计思想：用java语言实现一个批发货物的表单系统。在本次实习中，我是实现的批发鞋子的表单系统。该表单系统实现了在表单中单击右键可以实现添加项目、删除项目、修改项目，再输入新加入的项目，删除现有项目，修改现有的项目时可以实现自动的总的价钱的计算，从而大大方便了客户。在弹出菜单中，加入了退出系统，关于系统的项目，点击退出时，会退出整个系统，在关于菜单中，实现很简单。-an attachment entitled : java achieving form two design system : java language to achieve a form of wholesale goods system.
